MEET MARLO
She Didn't Just Survive. She Became the Message.
"The story of the goodness of God must be told."
Marlo L. Hogue knows what it means to fight for your life — and keep leading through it.
Diagnosed with Lupus at 20, by 25 she was facing kidney failure, chemotherapy, and dialysis — fighting for the right to still be here. More than two decades later she is not just a survivor. She is a Speaker, Bible Teacher, patient advocate, and framework architect who has spent 30 years studying and sharing about the God who sustained her — and teaching others how to hold onto Him when suffering makes them want to let go.
Her greatest testimony is not what she survived. It is what she encountered on the other side. In hospital rooms, in dialysis chairs, in the long dark nights of the soul — Marlo met the face of God. And He is beautiful. She experienced His power that enabled her to catch her breath and press on — and that became her mandate: to carry the heart, hope, and healing of Christ into every room she enters. To give the Holy Spirit space to bring what only He can bring — Faith for the weary. Courage for the warrior. Compassion for the healer.™
Known as Raydiant The Warrior Encourager™, Marlo brings rare theological depth to the questions most speakers quietly sidestep — especially the hardest one: Is God still good? Women losing faith under the weight of chronic illness, deferred dreams, or daily suffering find in her not a motivational voice but a credible witness. Someone who sat in the devastation and found God there — and can show them exactly where to look. She is especially passionate about Christian women in leadership navigating life with chronic autoimmune disease — women who are still called, still leading, and still believing God in the middle of bodies that do not always cooperate.
She does all of it with a presence that is impossible to ignore — and impossible to forget. Marlo is a brilliant, high-energy, winsome orator and former International Music Missionary throughout Europe. She was made to cross every border — of culture, language, suffering, and systems — carrying God's truth with radiant joy, razor-sharp comedic timing, and theological depth that earns the room before she ever makes them laugh. She does not just show up to speak. She shows up as herself — and changes the temperature of the room the moment she walks in.
She will also be the first to tell you that her Attention Abundance™ is not an excuse — it is an explanation. God wired her to hold your story, the Holy Spirit's prompting, and a fully developed framework simultaneously — and never drop a single one. Whether she is delivering her Catch Breath Press On™ Framework at a women's conference, her Trust Recovery Protocol™ to a hospital clinical team, or The Wait, The Will, The Right Now™ to a singles ministry — Marlo carries the same unmanaged conviction to every platform: your greatest pain can become your most powerful platform.
As a patient advocate, she is equally at home presenting a workshop to healthcare professionals, as she is behind a pulpit — deeply committed to restoring the quality of doctor-patient relationships. She believes that when physicians truly see the full humanity of the person in their care, and when patients feel genuinely heard, something transformational happens that no medication alone can produce.
Her message is not borrowed. It was forged — in suffering, in grace, and in the unshakeable belief that the God who met her in the dialysis chair is the same God who will meet your audience in whatever room they are sitting in right now. And the world needs you leading from it.
